Items to Bring with you to Recovery Place

Your length of stay will vary depending on your individual needs.  Some clients will live at one of our residential facilities.  Some clients will attend outpatient services and sleep at home.  All prospective clients need to bring the following items to the assessment appointment:  Driver's License/ID, Insurance Card (if you have insurance), Pharmacy/medication cards, list of all medications you are taking, including over-the-counter medications and vitamins, and the name, address/phone number of current/previous therapists/doctors.

We will provide a list of other items to bring depending on the need of the program you attend.

Staff searches all belongings to maintain safety.  PLEASE bring only necessary personal belongings and hygiene articles.

What CANNOT be brought to Recovery Place's Residential and Outpatient programs?  We  strongly recommend that you do not bring large sums of cash or expensive jewelry.  Additional items not to bring include knives, guns, mace, clothing promoting alcohol/drug use, revealing clothing, sexually explicit material of any type, mouthwash containing alcohol, electronic devices, incense or candles.
